Policy on IEEE Sales of Apparel

1. All prices include handling and Priority shipping through the US Post Office.
2. ALL apparel is inspected before shipment to ensure no flaws or damage.
3. All apparel comes only in our IEEE royal blue. No other colors are available.
4. Because these are custom embroidery items, we cannot offer refunds.
5. We will honor a request for size exchange on the polo shirts only as long as: (a) we receive the original shirt back within 14 days of the purchase date, (b) the item has never been worn, and (c) any tags are still attached to the garment. Please email us at drjacobs@drchrisjacobs.com, for the closest address where to return the item. Because we work with IEEE volunteers only, we will waive the additional handling fee, and only charge $6.00 for the replacement shipment. Please send a check for that amount, made out to Matthews Media Marketing, included with your garment.
